GASSman,
My dad and my friend were out fishing at my cottage for pike in McGregor Bay, Ontario, Canada on May 17th,2010. When they came back from fishing my friend was jumping with excitement. He had rarely gone fishing and so really catching any fish is a big deal for him. He called a couple of my friends and myself down to the dock and pulled out this gar. We were all shocked at the size of the fish he had caught. It measured at 45" long. My dad has been fishing up there for 20 years now and this is the first gar he has ever seen caught. The gar up there seem to be an impossible fish to catch! Who would've thought that the most inexperienced of fisherman would catch the seemingly hardest fish to catch?
