It's a satisfying pleasure to send you these pictures. I've been chasing Gar in the James River for 10 years. Sunday I yielded my third Gar and also the first one I was able to document! 37" Longnose Gar. I got him on a tail (circle) hooked bream that I found floating belly up in a pool. Dropped it in the middle of a pool and let it sit for an hour until he picked up and ran. A great fight and a great catch. Happy to finally be able to contribute to the site. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
